Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a limited-time lineup of Irish-inspired specials at 1915 Restaurant & Bar. For a few days only, we’re adding hearty comfort dishes and brunch add-ons that fit right into a cozy lodge meal, plus plenty of pairing potential if you’re in the mood for beer, whiskey, or a cocktail.

  • Corned Beef & Cabbage (braised corned beef, buttered cabbage, baby potatoes, whole-grain mustard)
  • Guinness Braised Beef Stew (root vegetables, stout gravy, thyme)
  • Shepherd’s Pie (ground lamb & beef, carrots, peas, whipped potatoes)
  • Bangers & Mash (Irish sausages, colcannon mash, onion gravy)

Sunday Brunch Add-Ons

  • Corned Beef Hash & Eggs (crispy potatoes, onions, poached or fried eggs)
  • Irish Breakfast Plate (bangers, eggs, roasted tomatoes, potatoes)
  • Baileys French Toast (Irish cream glaze, powdered sugar)
